Processed foods

There's a lot of info out there about the dangers of processed foods. Just google it, or (proceed at your own risk) ask a vegan. They'll tell you all about it. They'll talk your ear off. You think bible-thumpers talk a lot? You think the Jehovah's Witnesses are bad? The Mormons? Try a vegan. Everyone has a religion; some people are just in denial about it.

Problem

The problem with all this processed food is that it's got all these additives mixed into them. This doesn't dovetail with the way we're built.

Either way, we shouldn't consume this stuff. The problem with all these additives is that they mess with our bodies and makes us addicted, slow, ugly, and fat. Most of us aren't living our best lives, and what we put in our bodies plays a big role in that.

A lot of us live past 70. That's a long time. Do you want to spend most of that time living at 40% of your best health? Get good.

Solution

Just do what Dr. Berg says.

You don't have to fight the system. You just need to avoid it. Look after yourself, because nobody else will.
